Uranium Ionization Energy

The Uranium Ionization Energy is the energy required to remove from atom one mole of electrons with subsequent production of positively charged ion of Uranium.
U -> U+ + e-
This process can be repeated many times, but the energy cost is increased dramatically. The general equation for the Uranium is:
UN+ -> U(N+1)+ + e-

Uranium Ionization Energy

U -> U1+ = 584 kJ/mol = 139.71 Kcal/mol
U1+ -> U2+ = 1420 kJ/mol = 339.71 Kcal/mol
